The Wings organization is participating 

in an EU-project which studies the very 
small children´s (ages 0 to 3) contact

with different forms of art. 

It's a project where 45 European artists 

create and present quality-art for 

children under three years. 


The project "Glitterbird" is lead by the Oslo 

University College and is financed by 

the EU-program Culture 2000.
